Music is not my hobby. Music is my path, my passion, my oxygen, my reason for wanting to get up every single day!
The path of an artist is a difficult one. It is like traveling through an unpredictable storm of anxiety, financial uncertainty, deception and judgment, yet you keep on traveling.
Why would anyone put themselves through such a life if not for some deep unexplained need to create?
Next time you meet a musician or artist of any kind, try not to think, oh that's cute, but what do you really do for a living?
