Oh Ibanez... I love thee, but WHAT THE HELL IS THE DEAL WITH YOUR FACTORY FRET JOBS?!

In the past couple of years, I have really grown to love the tone and feel of high end Ibanez Guitars.  They feel great in my hands and they just have a tone that fits who I have become as a player over the past 20 years.  It really saddens me that out of 4 BRAND NEW Ibanez guitars( 3 Prestige, 1 Iron Label)  I have obtained over the past couple of years through trades and purchases, 3 of them had terribly fret leveling issues!
